DMIF ends 2025 on a high: doubling returns and leading performance

The Aegon Diversified Monthly Income Fund (DMIF) has hit two major milestones that underscore its long-term strength and consistency:

  • Investors have doubled their money: At the end of November, DMIF’s Net Asset Value (NAV) stood at 200.59p, meaning investors have now doubled their money since launch. This represents a cumulative return of 100%, compared with 67% for the IA 20-60 sector median over the same period*, a clear testament to the Fund’s ability to deliver on its objectives.
  • First quartile performance across all time horizons: As the Fund crosses this threshold, it also ranks first quartile across all measured time periods since its inception*. This consistency over nearly twelve years highlights the strength of the Fund’s multi-asset approach and disciplined management.

About DMIF

Launched in February 2014, DMIF is a multi-asset fund designed to deliver a target yield of around 5% per annum with the potential for medium-term capital growth. It invests in a mix of equities, bonds, listed property, specialist income assets, and cash, and is benchmark-agnostic, giving managers flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.

Managed by Vincent McEntegart and Debbie King, the Fund has grown to £810 million assets under management (as at 30 November 2025).

Vincent McEntegart said: “Crossing the 200p NAV mark is a proud moment for the team and our investors. It reflects not just strong recent performance but a disciplined approach over nearly twelve years. Our flexibility to adapt, whether leaning into equity momentum or managing bond risk, has been key to delivering consistent income and growth.”

Debbie King added: “Achieving first quartile performance across every time period since launch is a real testament to the robustness of our multi-asset approach. It’s not just about chasing returns, it’s about balancing risk and income to deliver for investors through changing market conditions.”
