Aegon AM’s Real Assets platform has a cycle-tested 40-year track record of originating and servicing US Commercial Mortgage Loans (CMLs) through multiple credit cycles.

We seek to provide high-quality CML’s that offer relative value to investment grade corporate bonds, tailored to each investor’s objective. We do this through our vertically integrated platform managed by highly experienced and long-tenured teams. This expertise combined with our established pipeline and long-term relationships helps support and increase certainty of execution.

We place a strong emphasis on in-house client service and quality control to proactively identify, address and resolve issues as they arise. We have serviced loans internally since 1984 and launched our special servicing business in 1991. Both capabilities have been ranked “strong” with a "stable outlook" by S&P Global Ratings.*
