MM Global Listed Index Real Estate Fund
Fund description

The MM Global Listed Index Real Estate Fund invests (indirectly) in listed property companies in developed countries. The investments take place according to the multi-manager principle. This means that clearly defined mandates are granted to specialised asset managers selected specifically for this purpose.

The investment policy is passive: its aim is to approximate the benchmark’s return as closely as possible. The benchmark is the customized FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Rental Index Total Net Return (hedged in euro, USD, GBP and JPY). Because the fund has a passive investment policy, a single external asset manager has been appointed for cost reasons.
